Zerpd's 10% fee
Campaign owners pay a 10% Zerpd platform fee under the launch policy.
How it works on Zerpd
The fee is calculated separately from the reward budget and shown in the fee breakdown before checkout. It covers the self-serve platform workflow and standard support. Payment-processing costs are disclosed at checkout. Managed labour is not silently included in this fee.
- •A €100 reward budget carries a €10 Zerpd owner fee before any disclosed processing or tax.
- •Pricing captured by a launched campaign is not changed retroactively.
- •Managed or enterprise services may be scoped separately.
