Eligible ready-for-payout rewards are grouped into Zerpd's weekly payout operation.
How it works on Zerpd
Approval before a cycle does not guarantee same-day bank arrival. Zerpd validates holds, payout readiness, currency, and provider state before processing. The reward timeline changes to processing and then transferred when Zerpd sends it.
- •A held, disputed, or failed reward is excluded until resolved.
- •Provider settlement time can continue after Zerpd marks a transfer sent.
- •Incident banners announce broad payout delays; individual failures stay on the affected reward.
